Business Security Systems - Safe and Comfortable at Home
Recent research at a show for homebuyers in the European Union indicated that security is a primary concern in their choice of a new residence or investment property. According to the latest investigation commissioned by the Homebuyer Show, almost three-quarters of their visitors believe that maximum security is the main priority in their decision of which house or condo to buy. Surprisingly, security is regarded as more important than the home's overall state or size; the condition of the interior decor; the square footage of the garden; proximity to good neighbourhood schools; or the tone of the community.
The study also looked at the upgrades and appliances people would like to add to their homes and again security topped the list: homebuyers regarded state-of-the-art home or business security systems as more desirable than kitchen gadgets and plush designer furnishings. These results confirm that safety in the home has become a major issue for the home buying public. A similar survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (UK) shows how both men's and women's priorities vary according to their marital status, lifestyle and most importantly whether or not they have children. But security seems to be stressed heavily through all lifestyles and stages. This was supported by the largest US homebuilder in the state of Illinois who reported that security ranks first among focus groups of potential buyers. It appears true that everyone buying a new home wants to feel safe when they lock their doors and retire for the night.
